Just remember base attack isn't everything. Umbra has the strongest base attack at 28, but Nerveshatter and a "Perfect" Amber Warhammer have the highest base attack period at 29. Madness and Amber weapons and armor are stronger than Daedric, but they are leveled unlike other sets and don't reach their "Perfect" forms until level 23. They weigh the same as daedric, but their atk and durability is terrible.
